FPCG series fluidized bed

The fluidized bed is mainly composed of material tank and diffusion chamber, air inlet system, exhaust system, heating system, atomization system, peristaltic pump and electrical control system. The air intake and exhaust systems are equipped with filters, and the air volume is controlled by a variable frequency fan, which has the advantages of low energy consumption and low noise. The atomization system adopts genuine German Schlick brand spray gun. The control and operation of the fluidized bed is realized by PLC and touch display screen, and the air volume adjustment is realized by the frequency converter; the functions of control, monitoring, safety protection and fault alarm of various equipment parameters and process parameters can be realized. The dual-chamber filtration system ensures continuous operation of the granulation and coating process.

    - Optional recipe editing and automatic running functions, automatic electronic recording of equipment and process parameters and PDF report                 generation, greatly reduce the challenge and labor intensity of fluidized bed operations.

    - The contact surface of the material adopts high-quality mirror polishing process, the material adhesion is less, and the product yield is higher.
