O'Hara Fastcoat tablet coating system is suitable for large scale production with efficiency.

With Spiral Jet Mill technology the size reduction is achieved by collisions between particles of the substance, previously accelerated by high-speed jet streams. Target PSD is generally down to D90 <3μm.

In R&D quantities are very small. FPS designed the smallest jet mill in the world (10mg batch). Verification of possibility to micronize the molecule at an early stage.
